Hello, this time I want to share a healthy recipe which the ingredients dont include oil at all because the cooking process is by steaming. For those of you who are on a diet or trying to eat healthier food (like Hani), you can try to make this recipe.
Let me explain the main ingredients of this recipe fillings.
Tofu is one of the foods I most frequently eat. Maybe I will post a lot about tofu recipes in the future. FYI, there is always tofu in our refrigerator because its cheap, delicious and I like the texture. Its easy to cook as well. Sometimes I add tofu in stir fried vegetables. And the other thing about tofu, you can get a lot of good nutrients. It has about 80% unsaturated fatty acids, low carbohydrates, low calories, and known for one of the low-calories diet menus.
- Chicken Liver
Chicken liver is one of the organs in poultry (chicken), known as food that contain variety of essential nutrients, and health experts often advise to make it as part of a healthy diet for children. Although the chicken liver contain high cholesterol, it is still considered as a healthy food as long as consumed in moderation.
- Chicken Gizzard
Personally I like chicken gizzard more than chicken liver. The texture is so chewy and the taste is sooo delicious. Just like the chicken liver, chicken gizzard also contains high cholesterol. So eat chicken gizzard in a reasonable amount.
By the way you can skip the chicken liver and chicken gizzard if you want to make vegan/vegetarian variety. It will taste delicious, too.
