Simple and healthy meal for lunch or dinner.
This recipe is simple, but soooo tasty and healthy. No frying because I hate it. And there is a pinch of sweetness from the coconut sugar. The coconut sugar is one of the seasoning that Indonesians often use in their dish. Its tasted more caramel-y than white sugar and has low glycemic index. Coconut sugar is usually shaped into a block.
For you who came from northern hemisphere, this recipe is perfect for cool weather. Perfect because the chilies and ginger will make your body warmer and small calories from this recipe wouldnt make you feel obliged to do exercise. Haha, just kidding.
Make it and tell me how it turns out. 😉
