Its really simple. Seriously. The ingredients is not that much and probably you always have them in your pantry. No special weird spices, just ordinary shallots and garlic. I added red chilli and parsley for a little bit kick and for shake of appereance haha.

Hi, Yulis is back again. In the belief that I believe in, there is an additional worship we could do, for example fasting every Monday or/and Thursday. A lot of you usually eat desserts after you finish the main dish, right? But the sunnah for breaking the fasting is we eat desserts first before the main dish, we call that tajil. Today Hani and I are fasting, so I initiate to make tajil for our breaking. I made rainbow jelly with fruits and vanilla sauce because I was inspired and challenged by a friend who told me that he ever enjoyed a meal that has beautiful appearance, full of colors and tasted really good.

This recipe is currently one of my favourite snacks. So easy, so simple. The main ingredients are only four. Green tea aka matcha, white chocolate, almonds, and oats. Could you imagine the taste already? Soooo good if you ask me. By the way, green tea is currently a hit right now in my city, Bandung. There are many cafés that serves various kind of green tea flavour desserts. I rather choose to make it on my own than buying it haha. So this recipe was born.

A first drink recipe on Hayu Cooking! I got a large soursop fruit and strawberries from my aunt today. The soursop is really big, I think it weighs about 2 pounds. Soursop is called sirsak in Bahasa Indonesia, which the word is come from zuurzak in Dutch (sour bag). Do you ever taste soursop? It has sour and tangy flavour with an unique scent. My family always use it as a juice or smoothies. If you add just a little bit of water to it and blend it in a blender, it will has a thick consistency. Hmm fresh and yummy.
